The hotel staff was attentive! A young lady remembered my walk and presented a plate of cheese, ham, and nuts upon check-in. I arrived at 7 a.m., and they let me check in early. This was priceless. The car service was also great and I used it three times.
My room had a view of big pipes. The pool and gym are tiny. I do not believe they have better rooms.

The staff displayed great attention to detail. The common areas outside are very lovely. The room had Red Level privileges and was fantastic. I found it offered great value for what I paid.
I experienced a poor ratio between the price and value. I paid a significant amount per night for a small room. The view from the room overlooked large pipes and it detracted from the experience. The pool was small. I also found the gym to be quite small.
